Mimi doesn't trust easily, if at all. This world has become cruel to animals and survivors alike. What she does know is how to stay alive: keep quiet, keep moving, and keep your guard up. It's worked so far.

Rhexa trusts too much. She was raised on both warnings and stories, yet she chose to follow the stories. Now she's out chasing them in a world full of unrecognizable mysteries, and dragging a wolf who'd rather not be dragged anywhere.

When their shelter disappears overnight, the two of them are left with nothing but a handful of their belongings and each other. With no other choice but to move on, they must navigate both an overgrown world and their deepening relationship.

A sharp-eyed and sharp-tongued wolf, she keeps her guard up because letting it down has never been worth the risk. Except, maybe, for the one person she can't seem to keep it up around. Practical to a fault, she'd act than explain herself, and she'd rather be careful than sorry.

Rhexa

 A stubborn and too curious bunny, she moves through this dangerous world like it's just another thing to explore. She talks when Mimi goes quiet, fills silences with stories that may or may not be true, and holds tightly onto hope. She wants to help whoever she can and believes in a better future for the two of them.
